The gallery "Atelier d'Artistes" is part of our project to exhibit artwork within a tourist accommodation. This concept plays a cultural part, as an artistic link within the region. It serves as a link between novices, collectors and artists in developing relationships among them.

The artworks can be seen on the walls of art gallery and in each suite - Lucia, Leonard and Hyacinthe - for the delight of newcomers. Our guests from around the world appreciate these exhibitions, and does not hesitate to invest.

For businesses
French fiscal rules for living artists: companies can deduct purchases of original artwork of living artists from their taxable incomes (up to a maximum of 0.5% of their turnover). The obligation of public display of these artworks is limited to the period of depreciation of the painting, ie 5 years. Original artwork of living artists is also excluded from the business tax base.

For individuals
In France, artwork is always exempt from tax. Beyond 5000 euros, the item sold will be taxed at 5% (unless the seller has owned it for more than 12 years).
